Best Western Richfield Inn

The room was extremely small. Was told that we could upgrade the room for $30 and have a normal sized room.

Nice place to rest your head. Overall for the money, great value.

The breakfast was much better than many, but not really special.

This hotel was convenient and off the highway but the bathroom/shower was very small. Shower, curtain rod were falling off the wall, and there was barely any room to move in the bathroom.

Halls smelled of disinfectant, hard lumpy bed, and dirty remote control for the TV. Breakfast was not worth trying, coffee was brown water, with plastic cups that held less than half a cup.

Horrible, would never stay here again, uncomfortable rooms, breakfast was terrible and very rude front desk manager.

The room should have air conditioning available that is in the customer's control. Our unit shut off after midnight and we were woken up when it was so hot in our room we could no longer sleep. After being on the road for 10+ hours sleep is a necessity. Also the owners had their children running around the hotel and screaming for their parents. Food was available, but not properly stored - Eggs were not on ice or in a cooler, waffle mix was just sitting in cups waiting for pouring; with no air conditioning food can spoil quite quickly. We had to open a window even after asking for the air to be turned on for the second day in a row.
